Thought I'd pass this information along for anyone else having similar problems. I still had to add the above registry information manually. This latter was not enough to solve my issue. I DID have "Attach RoboForm to Firefox even if adapter is not installed" checked in "Browser Integration". That may or may not have been related to the problem.

Subsequently all worked well with RF with both FF and WF on each login ID that had the registry key manually added as described above.Īs further information, I did not have the RF option "Start RoboForm on Windows Startup" checked (which adds robotaskbaricon.exe to the user Startup folder). Was NOT present when the other accounts were first logged in but neither FF nor WF had been called yet.Īdding the key manually before either was executed, THEN executing FF and manually enabling RF via Tools->Addons->Extension would then cause RF to show up just fine when WF was then executed after that. ""="C:\Program Files (x86)\Siber Systems\AI RoboForm\Firefox\roboform.xpi" Took me forever to figure out what the difference was with that login and the others.
On top of that, if you run into any issues that need immediate answers, RoboForm has a live chat for paid users, while LastPass doesnt.
While it has been fixed soon after, such a mistake doesnt give points to its protective quality. To begin with, LastPass had a security breach in 2019. RF attached to WF just fine on one login ID but none of the rest I used. RoboForm is a better option than LastPass because of security. Furthermore, you can find the Troubleshooting Login Issues section which can answer your unresolved problems and equip you with a lot of relevant information. Had beastly problems with getting Waterfox to work with Roboform.
